As former Chicago residents and home to the SC Beach Real Estate’s WILLIS Team, we are pleased with the change! This 110 story skyscraper is changing its name as new owners take over and a massive remarketing effort takes place. In addition to the name change, the WILLIS Tower now features glass bottom balconies on the 103 floor skydeck giving visitors a long look down and plans for a $350 million greening project are in the works!
